I just found out that my local exhaust guy only does crushed bent applications(full exhaust for under $100.....should have known) Any ways, he said he will make me mandrel bent exhaust as long as I brought the peices. So this is what I found.........check it out

Lets see(2.5 exhaust):
#1- 3ft 304 Stainless Steel Straight tubing
COST: $41.10

#2- 304 Stainless Steel L-bend
COST: $88.40

3#- 45 degree bends
COST: $38.40

Total: $168 + s/h

You right(buy name brand), but most of these so-called exhaust have 2 1/4(60mm) or 3"(75mm) piping. Not exactly what I need since my header has 2.5 collector and cat/test pipe are also 2.5". And if you take a quick look at any exhaust system they have a shit load of welds also. How do you think the flanges are put on?

This is just FYI for other members. I using a different Borla muffler than the norm. So this is the route I will take. Not saying any one else needs to, just now they have info on how/where.

168 plus for bends and piping of sorts then shipping,then a lot of welds will still slow the air flow and 100 for the guy plus tip!

im guessing 300 for the pipe and labor....then the muffler ,if your using one

get a kit-tanabi=490,shipped?----5zigen475-shipped---greddy is 550?(but they suck )

my point-your looking at 400-500,and you will have a messy exhaust,many welds

you could have better flow and a warrenty,and something made for your car for the same or 30 more dollars more

Don't buy stainless unless you are filthy rich.. but who am i to say right?

Just get mild steel or aluminized steel piping..
